All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

You'll receive an order confirmation email on completion of your order, and shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once shipped.

2.Shipping Cost

Shipping is free in the U.S. mainland for all products.

3.Shipping Time

In-stock items (except batteries) typically ship within 1-2 next business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page such as the pre-sales product.

The product will arrive in 5-7 working days after the product is shipped out. The accessory may take longer to 10-15 days since some accessories will be shipped from Chinese warehouse if they are out of stock in overseas warehouse. 

Note: Shipment dates on all orders are estimated, delays may happen cause of force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and other control factors. For example: Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow us extra business days for order processing and delivery.

4.Shipping Method

All orders are verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 business days.

For in-stock orders, we'll provide a tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. We use the express companies include local UPS, USPS or FedEx or DHL. 

For pre-orders / backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

5.Change of Address

Before shipping:No charge fee.

After shipping:If we accept a valid change of address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address in time, you may refuse the package and are responsible for the return shipping fee of $150 and an additional 10% of the e-bike cost as a re shipping fee to the new address.

6. Items Damaged, Lost During Shipping

Although we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are well packaged, damage may still occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your product is damaged in transit, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. Freight-related damage must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Take pictures of the damage and ask the shipping company for a confirmation or claim number. Do not throw away the original packaging.
For Lost, you can check your monitor nearby first if there is. And confirm with your neighbours whether they helped you to receive it. If it is still missed, you can call the police and contact us. Pls provide the Police report case ID. We will confirm with the Express and provide you a suitable solution like re-sending or refund.

7. Cancellation

Before Shipping: No charge fee.
-You can cancel order before package shipped; However, you need to afford extra $50 - $80 shipping fee for canceling order if the package has been shipped out.
After Shipping: 
-If delivery fail due to customer's wrong shipping address, customer may refuse the package and are responsible for the return shipping fee of $150 and a 10% re-stock fee.
